Return Policy

Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email of approval or rejection. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days. Please allow up to 14 days from receiving your return for your refund to be processed.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund, first check your bank account. Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take time to post. If you still haven’t received it, contact your bank. For further assistance, email us at shopnewoldway@gmail.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. If not, the refund will go to the gift giver, who will be notified.

Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
