In-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Pre-order items ship within 14-16 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your package has shipped.

Once your package is handed over to USPS, FedEx, or UPS, ownership transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages during transit. Shipping issues, including mis-delivery or incorrect shipping info, must be handled directly with the carrier.
Please note, shipping is a service provided by the carrier, and we are only responsible for your purchase until it reaches the carrier. In the event of loss or damage during transit, you are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.
We are not liable for shipments sent to forwarding services or companies. If your shipping address is a forwarding address, it is your responsibility to contact the forwarding service to locate your shipment. Additionally, we are not responsible for weather-related delays or damage.
It is important to ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as we cannot issue refunds for incorrect addresses. Packages are insured up to $100, but once the package is with USPS, FedEx, or UPS, it is their responsibility to ensure delivery. No refunds will be issued if the carrier loses your package.
